What matt is saying monty at sure shot is that there are no CZ barrels . least not made by that firm . he say's they are made in Bruno at the foundrys there , like they did in birmingham here . CZ the firm order em and they are made to order . dunno . i will go with what ever phil say's who has my barrel . like i say i am swinging toward a HW 100 barrel now in case the so called CZ barrel is naff . my carbine one is good and so far needs no cleaning ( two tins through ) so wait and see ??? Same factory means nothing Holly, might be the same place that makes them for CZ but on the same machine with the same process? Who knows, but if these had been delivered to CZ they would have been sent back. Always an unknown with barrel's but these are a dead certainty :0 It will be interesting to see what comes back from Sureshot

Well had it a while now and shot 4-5 comp's with it had very good results ....nice and accurate with a decent shot count not batch/pellet fussy which is great but like's a clean barrel!

my only gripe is it's quite temp sensitive compared to my other rifles

if I set it @ 780-785 fps at 15deg's it drops to 770@ 5deg's  , Havent tried at higher temp's yet just hope it don't go above 785 @ 20-25deg's

Probably the only way is electronically . via sensors . but really  does it matter . as long as you have an external power adjuster . 29 mins out of the bag . over the chrono . set the power if a shift . five mins is all it takes ??? HOLLY

2002 never moved in 10 years plus hot cold snow rain. Shame I do not shoot it much now.

My old 9003 never moved in 8 1/2 years, could tell how far out a chrono was all year round over 100 degrees spread (-6 to +94 = 100)

Fens decent only affected by the stabilisor to 8ft/sec all year round. They need constant adjustment.

Thats all chronos do! via sensors affected by light, like it or not.

Some of us know better and know what the rifle does so when see them give stupid readings penalising law abiding citizens governing bodies need to wake up afetr 17 years of forcing it on the shooters.
