Yet to be the new flavour of the year, maybe in 10 years when people realise like what happened to Anchutz's.

His sons the best was mine.

Too much to list plus putting right German engineering and retaining the stabilisor you dont get with the factory hack.

Think I have found one thanks to Holly ( see, he can be useful sometimes 😄  ) Seller says JH changed the barrel for a 10m match one with tuner thingy on the end. Would it have a JH number if that's all that was done. Or does Jon keep a record of serial numbers of guns he has breathed on ?

If it's got a barrel tuner thingy then it is a JH special as he doesn't do many....

Need a piccy, some of the barrels have been sold on and planted on others. Certainly not a sure sign know of 3 passed on.

Barrels were not changed from 10M supplied Lothar Walther barrels.

Sure sign its one of mine it will retain the stabilisor you dont get in the factory plus its modded to save it breaking the back of the action out. Visible sign will show a heat blued domed head screw on rear of top dovetail.

If its a genuine one it might have a hardmark on underside of front barrel holder visible from below in alum stocks. Probably 2 or 3 were not hard marked.

The FT model was the factory Ft rifle . but that needs tuning by the likes of Jon to get the best out of it . as said . stunning looking rifles . have a word with jon to see what needs doing and what it might cost . ??? HOLLY

Probably very wise as there are apparently lots of POI problems with the cage if he hasn't.

Saying that a HFT guy at Springfield (hello Ronnie) shoots a factory FT flavour 800 and it is superb to shoot.

He reckons it's a totally stock 'out of the box' 800FT, if so then it would seem they have finally sorted the teething problems.
