agreed Holls but so far excuses have not been required. First two outings have resulted in a 28/30 at Millride and a 37/40 at MFTA SL. Keen to see how it goes at next weeks GP. Its early days but i feel the stock is exactly what ive been waiting for. I need to do some work on my standers but a bad back is hampering me a little at the moment.

sounds like a good idea Holls. I dont normally have back issues but i think all of the humping in the house move has taken its toll. ive been working on my arm and shoulder strength but need to get my back better which i think will require some rest.

Daz you could do with a black March, swap you for mine.

Hard to tell if its a confidence boost after the kids stock but what alarms me is two shoots 100% and a 98% from 50-60% or 60-70% with RN10 sorry FTP.

Petes is number 14, Marts 21, Jasons 16.

Used a modern Anchutz for 8 1/2 years sold it 3 1/2 years ago for pastures new.

It's not all about the barrel, a lot depends on the reg set up.

Tony Fouracres bought his CZ barrelled MK1 the same day I bought mine, from the same place at the same time, and he still shoots it from time to time, but he says his Mk2 (or 3 I can't remember) with Ostler reg is 'better', and Tony is a guy who shoots  to win.

As for the 9015's, as The Awesime says, this winter is going to be interesting.

I have found over many rifles that as long as the gun is reliable and set up properly . a lot of getting the best accuracy out of a rifle is getting the barrel resonance correct . trouble with that is it is not a quick fix . unless you have a lot of time or are lucky . either way given a choice , i would have a CZ barrel . ???  HOLLY

PS problem for Jon is that most of his work is not visible . and that is what you pay for . love his wood work .

That's very true.

A lot of people are going to assume that because their 9015 is now running at 785fps with 8.4 grain pellets, then it is converted and all is well, and that may well be the case, let's see what happens this winter.
