Ok guys, next up i think will be a Spanish style rabbit casserole. This will be completely my creation as i am not basing this on any recipe. So bare with me as i have to come up with the recipe and try it first.

I suggest the use of smoked paprika, that has a lovely aroma, very evocative of Spanish food. Add some chunks of Chorizo as well, of which the fat content will help as well as boosting the paprika vibe.

Already planned on using those two ingredients. awink.gif Along with plenty of garlic, onions, tomatoes, roasted peppers, and i think to bulk it out it will have some new potatoes in it. Full recipe to follow.

Sounds like the right mix for sure. I do a squid stew like that and it is gorgeous.
