The filling was lovely, but a pastry chef I ain't, so that let it down I'm sorry to say, but I am sure that practice will make ... well if not perfect pastry, something a little less like cardboard to frame my pasty's filling (or maybe I'll just stick to making pigeon stir fry ??? ). Still chugging along thanks Gareth...i'll give it a go anyways...but I can't be @rsed to make pastry sooo will buy some ready done..then fill with whatever meat comes to hand..I've some goat in the freezer somewhere...I somehow managed to buy some on a booze fuelled trip to watch Leicester Tigers.. ...stay well o lofty one..
