hi lads and galls i decided to try my hand a bunny bangers and burgers .
the last recipe i tried was southern fry bunny the kids loved it so hear is the result of bunny bangers and burgers

right i shot 5 bunnys
skinn gut quater bunnys
1,, steap in salt water for 24 hrs to get rid of blood and kill any bacteria
2,,boan bunny meat
3,, mince bunny meat
4,, minge belly pork
5,,fry off 3 onions and 5 spring onions and 4 cloves of garlick
6,,add all seasoning and herbs + satuated onions and mix well
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
5 bunnys
2lb of belly pork with no rind
3 onions
4 cloves of garlick
5 spring onions
1 t spoon of majourm
1 t spoon of chives
1 t spoon of papricka
half t spoon chilly
2 t spoon of cracked pepper
half t spoon chineas 5 spice
half t spoon sage
200g honey
salt and pepper to tast ie fry a wee bit b4 u pipe sausages,,
now if i was doing it again i would use equal amounts of belly pork to rabbit as they ar a wee bit dry
