I posted a picture of the finished project on Airgun Nation last night. That was the place I found Belas extolling the virtues of the scope rail design and fixing method, and where I allowed myself to tell the world (well, Daystate and the Americans) the way it really is with Daystate customer care.

As a result, one of the correspondents in the thread has asked me if I'll do the same mods to his Pulsar..............................

Kudos? well maybe. Certainly a warm fuzzy glowy feeling of recognition  :)

I'm not doing it though. The whole project was 'wing and prayer' for me. Although now I've proved it all worked I'll offer the chap a guided tour of the process.

I wonder if Daystate will actually change their mount or just tough it out...

After what I've been told in the past couple of days, they'll tough it out.
