Not confirmed yet, and a long way away off being so i'm afraid (for your perspective). Country has yet to be confirmed, but could be Belgium. Dates and venue I wouldn't expect to be decided until at least the next worlds.

Now confirmed as Italy, but no further details as yet.

acki was suggesting later in the year, around september, but they haven't settled on a region yet so perhaps a fixed date is some way off. He mentioned a possible announcement at the worlds in Hungary... not much help i know.
